When will I receive my order?
*Deliveries will take a little longer to get to you during this difficult time – we hope you understand. Standard Delivery orders should arrive within 10 working days, and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday.

All items must be signed for and DPD will provide all UK customers with a one hour delivery window (Service only available via mobile phones) via a text message service.
Customers can amend the delivery by replying to the text message to suit their needs and availability.
If delivery missed DPD will leave a notification card for customer get in contact with them regarding delivery

- Free Second Class Delivery (Minimum spend £75.00)
- Orders under £75.00 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY is £7.99
- Second Class Delivery is £4.99
- Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be sent same working day for delivery next day between 8am and 6pm.
- This excludes weekends, public holidays and both EID days.
International Delivery (DPD) – Currently not available.

International Failed Delivery Attempts
We will not accept responsibility if there is insufficient/incorrect address information which leads to packages being returned to. If we need to re-send any order(s) then additional fees may apply. This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility if due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided leads to an item being delivered to an incorrect location.
We will not accept responsibility for any damage to our products that have occurred during transit. We at Ben Harad always ensure that all our products are well packaged to safeguard them during the delivery process.
We cannot accept responsibility for the courier company loosing the parcel/items during transit. However, Ben Harad will support our customers by giving details to help them liaise with DPD, to investigate the loss and help find a solution to the problem.
If a delivery attempt is rejected by the customer by refusal to sign for a parcel/items that we sent after a confirmed order, with the customer thereafter requesting a refund after the goods have already been sent, the first shipping fees incurred by Ben Harad and any shipping/courier charges incurred for returning the parcel to Ben Harad will be deducted from the total refund value.
Clothing – If you wish a refund the item must be returned to us within 7 days of the item arriving to you. You must return with full packaging, unused and with tag. Please complete the returns form which arrived with the delivery.
Exchange – Clothing – If you wish an exchange for a faulty item or for a different size it must be returned to us within 21 days of purchase date. You must return with full packaging, unused and with tag. Please complete the returns form which arrived with the delivery.
Hijabs (Scarves), Hijab caps and accessories – Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of these items.
There is no refund or exchange on sale items unless faulty.
Refund process – Once item received the refund can take up to 7 working days or more during busy periods. Customers will receive an email of notification that the refund has been completed. The timescale for it to arrive to the bank varies depending on banks.
Only clothing that is unused, in perfect sellable condition and with the Ben Harad tag will qualify for a refund. Any questions please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We highly recommend purchasing tracking, insurance and ENSURE its signed for delivery, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Ben Harad Limited will not refund any goods that have been returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by a tracking number and signed for.
Your refund will be on the payment method you chose for the original order. Shipping fees are non- refundable. International customers are advised that Ben Harad Limited will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning goods.
